Somace Design is a design and development company that produces modern interior products, including artwork, textiles, rugs, lighting, and branding services for residential, commercial, wellness and hospitality spaces. As part of our portfolio of branding services, we specialize in the design, development, and manufacturing of interior and exterior wayfinding and signage systems for commercial and hospitality projects. We are passionate enthusiasts of design focused on developing innovative creative visual solutions that extend brand identity. We develop unique custom signage programs based on the brand identity, building architectural and interior design specifications of the project. Our design process includes concept development, design refinement, final design approval, development of a signage schedule, shop drawings, associated floor plan and elevation signage location drawings. As part of exterior wayfinding and signage design, we develop sign master plan documents for submittal to the City and County of Honolulu for approval as well as the necessary documentation to secure permitting. The signage systems we develop communicate essential navigational information, monument, retail identification, directory, and outdoor parking lots. Somace Design understands the importance of visual impression; our goal is to develop a signage program that will enhance the brand image of the property.
